Available Third-Party Integrations
As with any operation, there are 3rd Party vendors that provide a service to the property. The most common are PBX, Call Accounting, Key Locks, and In-Room Movies, as it pertains to a guest stay. Portfolio HMS® works with these 3rd Party vendors to create communication protocols to keep the systems communicating, in order to better assist the guest and the property operations. In most cases, the protocols are used to turn on and off devices as the guest checks in and out.
